Why start with an evaluation?

Not every old roof needs immediate replacement. At the same time, not every old roof can be rejuvenated. The condition of the existing roofing system matters.

What do we look for?

During the evaluation process, we consider the overall condition of the asphalt shingle roofing system. Areas of interest may include:
