Yes. Every treatment carries a written warranty issued by GoNano, the manufacturer. Coverage runs from 3 to 20 years depending on which NuRoof system your roof qualifies for and the condition it is in when it is treated. GoNano warrants that the treated shingles will not show premature peeling, curling or warping attributable to the treatment. We go through the applicable warranty with you before any work begins, and the full written GoNano terms are published on our warranty page so you can read them first.

The Roof Health Score. GoNano scores a roof from 0 to 100, and the score decides which system can be applied and which warranty comes with it. A bridge treatment on a roof near the end of its life carries 3 years; Fortify Elite on a roof in good condition carries 20 years plus five years of hail coverage. Your free evaluation is what produces that score.

Yes, once. GoNano allows one transfer to a subsequent owner, with written notice to GoNano within 30 days of the sale and a copy of the contract. It is worth including in the property disclosure when you list the home.

Storm damage and acts of God, fire, damage from foot traffic or rooftop equipment installed after treatment, pre-existing damage, ordinary end-of-life wear, and the labour to install replacement shingles. Hail is excluded from every warranty except GoNano Fortify Elite at the Good tier, which includes five years of hail coverage.
